Few remember the enchantment of childhood and having pen and paper available for drawing or writing, but there is nothing so satisfying for a child to make his mark upon the world – whether that mark is lingering or not.
Children are impulsive, and through that impulsivity, create the wonder that is unique to human beings (not robots). Having a ready and continuous supply of paper for children at the rate their minds think is impractical, and expensive. It also wastes trees.
Having a ready supply of magnetic dry erase white boards available is by far the most enriching tool that any parent or teacher may give to a student (or adult).
White boards allow creativity to flourish without the need of environmental footprints that harm the universe – achievement without the expense – what could be simpler, or less costly?
White boards are computers in disguise in that they only work when the human brain is turned on; no prompting required.
Immobility challenged humans are especially appreciative of this feature to provide instant gratification of all wishes – a readily available pen and paper to record precious moments of inspiration, for problem solving, or for pleasure, and efficiency.
The ability to provide the physical means of simple pen and paper is the height of creative nurturing for children or anyone. It is productivity on a shoestring budget, and the payoffs are handsome indeed.
